Gymnastics Programs

Picture

Kinetic Kids (parent tot)  Ages Walking to 36 months.

Children have the opportunity to run and play, explore their environment and build strength and coordination while accompanied by parent or guardian. Classes are arranged so that children have the freedom to experience run, climb, and swing in a safe space. They will increase their eye hand coordination and advance social skills in our interactive environment. We have ample equipment to stimulate the imagination and an opportunity to learn gymnastics skills as the child is ready. Adults have the opportunity to share in those special developmental milestones. These classes are a great value at only $5 per visit!  You may come as many or as few times a week as your schedule will allow.  Come join us, you'll both be glad you did!  100% parent/guardian participation is required.

Masters of Motion  Ages 3 - 5 years.

This program builds on the child’s increasing independence. Classes are more structured, yet still teach through interactive play. Children will further increase eye hand coordination, balance, and strength. They will learn gymnastics skills in a highly engaging and stimulating environment. Classes are positive and reinforce cooperative play and independence preparing the children for the transition to a more structured school environment. Classes are limited to 6 children.
